Lumax L-bracket

The Lumax L-bracket is an L-shaped extruded-metal mounting bracket designed to serve as a secure base for attaching solar panel rails or frames to a roof or other structural surface (metal roof, corrugated roof, flat roof, etc.). The bracket forms a right-angle “foot” that supports and elevates the panel mounting rails or frame, depending on the system, ensuring the panels are firmly anchored and correctly oriented.

Once fixed to the roof or support structure (using bolts, hanger bolts, self-tapping screws or similar fasteners), the rail or frame is attached to the vertical part of the L-bracket. This provides a stable, load-bearing mount that resists wind uplift, mechanical stress, and weather exposure.
